✅ Before You Begin
Please ensure you have:
○ A valid Email address and Phone number
○ Scanned copies (PDF or JPEG) of:
- Passport-sized photo
- Academic transcripts/results (e.g., BECE, WASSCE, etc.)
- Ghana Card
- Any other supporting documents
○ A stable internet connection
Step-by-Step Application Guide
📝 Step 1: Create an Account
a. Click on "New Applicants Click here to Start".
b. Select the Entry Type (Diploma, Certificate, Degree, etc)
c. Fill in your basic details (Full name, Email, Phone number, Preferred password)
d. Select preferred program
e. Proceed to payment. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay via Mobile money
f. After payment, your account is created automatically.
📝 Step 2: Fill Application Form
1. Log in to your portal account.
2. Click on "Start New Application" for new Applicants or “Continue Application” for
existing Applicants
3. Carefully fill out each section:
○ Bio Data
○ Belief
○ Marital Status
○ Academic History
○ Work Experience
Note: Ensure all details match your official documents and upload clear copies of
those documents.
📝 Step 3: Review and Submit
1. Double-check all information entered.
2. Use the "Preview Application" button to review.
3. Submit the form using the "Submit Application" button.
4. A confirmation message and your application number will be displayed. Save this for
reference.
📌 After Submission
● You will receive updates via email and SMS regarding your application status.
● You can log in anytime to track your application under “Application Progress”.
● Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interviews or entrance exams via EMAIL and
SMS.
